The documents i made for all of my staff manager positions, command positions, or even to help out someone in a command positions are all organized and show clear purpose, and when put in action show a clear and direct plan and goal to improve my troops. I am a better choice because no matter what i will stick with this until the bitter end and constantly improve myself and my troops to represent inquisitors and the server in a positive way. [color=#e74c3c][size=120]Your Troopers Are Not Following Any Orders From Higher Ups During Missions, What Do You Do:[/size][/color] Since this is the empire and the inquisitors, i take them aside and cut off a limb (as my previous grand inquisitor would do) and make them train for as long as possible until they realize their mistake, I would keep them on a 4 strike system so to speak, one strike for each limb. If they act especially bad then they might get two strikes.  [color=#e74c3c][size=120]How Will You Run Your Battalion:[/size][/color] I would build it from the ground up. the tryouts would be hard and it would get harder from there. My goal would be for my INQs to retain a brotherhood amongst themselves and that will allow them to fight and act better in combat. If there is a long period between events then i would set up mini INQ events to allow them to train and form better bonds with each other, my goal is to allow each INQ to get to the highest of their potential and be able to take on whole armies by themselves. and every person in the INQ role should be able to show pride in their regiment and themselves for how hard they worked to be in this position
